I've been going to Progressive Eyecare for a number of years and strayed a couple of times due to moving to the other side of town. I regretted switching I had a bad prescription wasted visits.I went back to Progressive and have stayed even though I'm on the other side of town now. I feel Tina is a great OD for me and I've had a great experience with her and worth the trip. My visits have been quick, informative, prescription works, and I did not feel like a number. I have recommended this office to friends and coworkers over the years.

Everyone was really fantastic! The receptionist was super helpful with trying to locate my insurance and was really friendly. She made sure I was able to get a good price on my visit and that I had an itemized receipt for insurance to file a claim since I paid out of pocket. Dr. Mai was awesome! She explained everything in a way that I understood and was so sweet! When I was picking out my glasses, the ladies were awesome and helped make sure I still got the protection plan paid for through my FSA card. Everyone was absolutely amazing!
