I truly don't have enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude and deep admiration for Dr. Jerrin Chiu. During my recent visit, I arrived 14 minutes late. The front desk initially informed me that their policy allows a 15-minute grace period, and that I would need to reschedule. Despite being the last patient of the day and the delay, Dr. Chiu graciously came back to the office to personally see me.
His genuine care and the incredible attention he gives to every single detail of my concerns never cease to amaze me. Every time I leave his office, I feel not only cared for but truly confident and secure about my eye health. Having a doctor like Dr. Chiu is a rare gift, and I'm so grateful to be under his care.

I was told I was going to be given examples by the doctor and then the receptionist charged me for them. I will not come back here. Communication is not key in this office and need to communicate better with their patients. I was not given my contact rx because I didn't pay an additional $85 for it which is ridiculous. If I can give a zero review I would.

Was given the wrong prescription my first exam. Upon taking the second exam I felt like I was being gaslit with certain tests. I felt like they wanted me to choose the faulty prescription but I know what I can and cannot see. Lastly, I should have been better directed by the sales team of which frames would be more compatible with my prescription. Not all prescriptions will work properly with any frame. I wish I would have been advised before allowing me to choose and purchase just any pair.
