Though I had been a patron with the company for a number of years, it was my first visit to this particular office. Turns out its a new location and has more availability for appointments than the other more established ones. Cool. Im in fast. Overall great experience. There was a very excitable gentleman in the reception area that day and the staff handled the situation quite well I thought. Made sure the rest of us patients were unbothered.... no big deal. My boyfriend and I both had gone in for glasses, and both were ready in LESS than 48 hours. Upon pickup, Nalei brought our glasses out to the car and was just the most amazing and helpful person in making sure they fit us perfectly. She was super informative and wrapped up the whole experience quite nicely. She honestly just really made our day. Give that lady a raise yall lol & thanks everyone!!
