Red Rock Eyecare

I just went to Red Rock Eyecare for my yearly check up. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and kind but the 2 ladies that worked at the main counter were maybe the two most unprofessional people to deal with than anyone i have ever dealt with before. They both had large amounts of rude condescending tones in their voices and this was also backed up with numerous eye rolls. Whoever owns Red Rock Eyecare needs to go over to the fast food restaurant across the street and hire anyone they can because it will be an important!!!!

LensCrafters was not coming through for me so I came to this place. Great choice! Eye exam was fast and smooth. Choosing frames and lenses was also made simple with the help of Alex. He was patient with me and explained everything. Really smart dude. Walked out with my glasses within an hour! Thanks y'all. -Ed

My husband and I have been going here for a few years now and we have never had any issue with them. Love them!

I called to schedule my appointment and gave them my insurance, which they said covered my visit. But they waited until after I had the exam to let me know that my contact exam wasn't covered. What if I only had enough to cover the co-pay? Why not tell me before my exam started? On top of that, they didn't even have my trial contact lenses. In the many years of wearing contacts and living in five different states, I have never needed to wait to get even the trial lenses. Either way, I am still waiting on contacts, which I need the most, so I can drive. Looks like I will need to make another visit somewhere else, so I can get a contact eye exam, again.

Horrible place. I went there to get glasses and contacts. Glasses came off without a hitch, contacts, not so much. I've been there 3 times and have tried a couple different styles of contacts because I wear bifocals. I finally decided to just stay with the 1st prescription which was one eye for distance and the other for close. No problem except they won't give me my prescription until I come back AGAIN for a follow-up. I don't need or want a follow-up. I paid for the exam, know what works for me and they still will not release my prescription. I've never in my many years of wearing glasses had to go back so many times to get a prescription. Do we not know what we're doing? I just want my prescription and am willing to take the loss if for some reason my eyesight changes in the next couple months but they will still not give me my prescription. I paid for it and I deserve to get it without any hassles. This is ridiculous!! Avoid this place unless you have all kinds of spare time. AND it gets even better. Elijah just called me to tell me that I have to pay for a follow-up appointment since it's been 31 days. Not only are they holding my medical records and will not release then but now they want me to pay more money to get records that I've already paid for. I believe this constitutes unfair business practice and actually could be borderline criminal. I'm not an attorney but I do know that it's unlawful to deny someone copies of their medical records that they have already paid for. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! We have used them previously without issue but they have certainly gone left.

Horrible service, the black woman in the front was rude. I ask valid questions like pricing ect... and she was acting like I was asking her personal questions acting all defensive. I said I just want to know pricing to make sure I can afford them, yet through the whole time she had attitude about me asking questions. Yet , I decided to leave since my time is valuable. She acted like I was being a criminal for asking questions. I would pass this place, not Worth the bad unprofessional treatment and the stress.

Very unprofessional staff, I get my eyes checked every year and never have to do as many follow ups as I had to do with them and they didn't even give me a prescription now they want me to pay for another eye exam when it's only been 5 months since the last one they did

Dr. Wadoski is a fantastic and incredibly professional O.D. He loves what he does and I always leave this place happy ! Teresa and Nayeli in the front desk are so friendly and super helpful and attentive to all patients. I had a fantastic experience in ordering contacts.
