went in earlier this year to get a eye and contacts exam . could not afford the contacts at the time so i waited until i had the money saved up. called today to order contacts but they said since i didnt have a follow up with them they would not order me contacts which mind you ive had all my life , i even gave them the brand i use but they said since its been 3 months they would have to charge me again to get my contact prescription which makes no sense as prescription is usually good for a full year . to say the least im not happy and was trying to keep the money local to a office out here guess ill just order from 1-800- contacts which will give me no issues . good luck if you want help after you paid the first time seems to me they want money and more money for a simple exam .

I sent my mom to pick up my son's contacts today. They were already paid for and just needed picked up. The refused to give to my mom or call me to get permission. This is ridiculous and the lack of help from this place is insane. I've had numerous issues at this location including fighting with them to even say my son has insurance. It took the girl at eyeglass world to pull it up and bring it to them. I will be returning to target optical going forward

Awful awful awful! My visit to this female eye doctor was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Not only did she lack compassion when i was going through the exam process, but at the end she gave me the wrong prescription! When i called to discuss the problem the receptionist responded with, "It's fine," after i told her that i was terrified that i was going blind. Then, I came back to discuss the matter, and the doctor went and hid in her office (on 2 separate occasions) Instead of trying to discuss my concerns. The level of negligence and lack of professionalism is astonishing. Furthermore, all but one person on the office staff treated me more like a piece of data than a human being, demanding i give "my date of birth" instead of my name. It's as if they see patients as nothing more than numbers on a chart and another chance to get paid from the insurance companies Overall, I would strongly advise against trusting your eye care to this establishment. They clearly prioritize their money over the well-being of their patients, and that's simply unacceptable.

I've been wearing glasses since I was a baby. Out of all of my experiences with eye doctors this may be the best one yet. I got a set of glasses and contacts. The pricing is unmatched and I got my glasses the same day and was able to leave with a try on pair of contacts. The people that work here are amazing and made me feel welcomed. The doctor Gail galantuomini was the best very interactive with me , made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting. The front desk ladies Doris and Sheree were great as well funny and down to earth. 10/10 I think I found my forever eye doctor. Thank you eyeglass world!

Emily, one of the receptionist is definitely someone knows how to feel someone welcomed. Not only was she straight to the point with what I needed by scheduling my appointment with who I wanted she was a joy to converse with. Same with the ladies that are part of the team they were super nice and welcoming. Moving on with looking at frames with my cousin we were helped by kaitelyn who was easy to talk to and charismatic. She helped my cousin in getting the best option for her glasses and frames that fit her best.

Erica was great as the assistant. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very efficient. The doctor is great! This is my favorite eye doctor place

Such bad customer service, especially from the doctor herself Dr. Cromer. She was rude and inconsiderate. I wanted to go with my boyfriend to the exam room and instead of politely saying it was not allowed she said "No, no. Not you." I don't care that you're a doctor, treat people with respect and be courteous to your patients. I specifically asked to get my boyfriends eye dilated because he's had eye surgery in the past and we wanted to check the overall health of the eye but she refused to do it even though we ASKED to do it. Isn't that more money for you??? The front desk people were very nice and answered all the questions we had but I will never return because of Dr. Cromer. Please stay away from her.
