My experience overall was very good. Though I had a bit of problem with the kiosk I had help with the nice lady at the desk. The time was very short and Dr. Rosen was patient and kind. I didn't feel rush at all which is very important. And my questions were answered which made feel at ease.I appreciate how well I was taken care of. Thank you to Dr Rosen and staff.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ho and Dr.Rosen (for Cataract surgery!). Just had my first cataract surgery 2days ago and it was a breeze! And I owe it all to Dr. Rosen! He is amazing! He is sooo kind and thoughtful and assured me they would help me in any way! And THEY DID! He was so good, I had no idea what he was even doing! That's GOOD!

I go to Shepard Eye Center for my routine checkups but this time I had an eye infection and needed to see someone quickly. The scheduling person was very nice and one of the newer doctors had availability the next day. I saw a young Dr. Dang. He was very good. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options for treatment. I would recommend Dr. Dang for all your eye needs.

First time visit. After learning the automated sign in process thanks to a very helpful staff member, Kim, I had a very good experience. Every staff member conducting needed tests were professional and clearly explained everything, i.e., Tia. The meeting, testing, and review with Dr Dang was great! He explained his observations, made recommendations, and presented an action plan. Dr Dang made sure I understood everything.

Staff and customer service: The FO staff member, Kim, was very helpful with the sign-in kiosk. Dr. Rosen, Michelle, and Angela were knowledgeable and informative about services and purchase options. Facilities and equipment: I had been going to a small eye clinic, and the facility was modern and had state-of-the-art equipment. You'd think Shepherd Eye Center would, too, since they are a large organization and have many locations. OVERALL, customer service was excellent, but the facility and equipment could be upgraded.

Just had Cataract surgery on both eyes over the last couple of months. I trusted Dr Rosen and he did a fabulous job. Surgery days were quick and efficient very well organized. The surgical center team is an amazing staff everyone working together. Dr. Rosen takes the time to explain all of the ins and outs of cataract surgery. I highly recommend this team to take care of your cataracts if needed.
