Successive appointments and follow up are now scheduled weeks apart rather than months. My appointments began on time. No more 3-5 hour waits to see Dr. Wellish. I suggest that this institute change its name to reflect the new staff and responsive service.

Dr.Shah has performed several procedures on my eyes. He is a quality care doctor that explains all steps and procedures so that you understand and aware of what will be done. Great bedside manner. The Staff has excellent personalities and makes you feel special. They are cheerful and make the visit easy. I am always pleased and ready to recommend Dr. Shah and is practice.

The office visit went well. The office staff was very helpful and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy n the wait time was minimal actually I was in Dr's chair one minute before my actual appointment time. I arrived early and was seen promptly. Great visit just wasn't the specialist I need at this time. Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and I'd go back if required.
