I had an extremely frustrating experience with this optical shop.
This shop billed my insurance without my consent even though I did not proceed with any services or purchases. No products were received and no authorization was given, yet a claim was still submitted under my name.
This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I now have to dispute charges that should never have existed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and closely monitor their insurance claims.
I will not be returning and will be escalating this matter further

Despite the stressful day I was having, Ariel made the entire experience fast, efficient, and genuinely painless. She was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and put me at ease through the entire process.
