I am rating a 5 star for Dr. Wells only!! I use to work with her, and she has also examined my eyes, and is one of the top tier Dr's here in Las Vegas. >>>>>>>>> I am rating the staff and office a 1 STAR. This is due to the fact when I booked the appt I requested to see Dr. Wells only. Mind you, I was traveling clear across town from Aliante area VERY North of the Valley to go see Dr. Wells. Due to that I did not spend my hard earned money there. I did not even pay for a contact fitting. I needed Progressive everyday pair, distance polarized sunglasses, multifocal contact lens, and daily distance one a day contact lens for the gym. >>>> The staff didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, and there were at least 4 ladies working. When I approached the counter, the young lady who checked me in was polite. The Dr. Who examined me was very nice, but seemed unsure of herself and I walked out with the same exact prescription that the technician read off of my glasses I brought in. Which may be ok? Dr. said my vision did not change?After the exam, The young lady who checked me out informed me of my benefits and that was it. She didn't offer any suggestions of frames, or anything. She just sat on her stool and paused. I'm gonna have to use the benefits before the end of the year..... oh well their loss. BUT Again, if you get the chance to see Dr. Wells I can promise your exam will be A1

Amazing human, very nice and understanding. Took the time to explain why my vision was changing.
