I had such an amazing experience at this eye doctor's office! I came in for a contact lens visit, and Yvette, Sayra, and Priscilla were absolutely incredible. They were so patient and kind while teaching me how to put my contacts in for the first time -- they made what I thought would be a stressful process super easy and comfortable.
They explained everything step by step, encouraged me the whole way, and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for taking my time. You can really tell they care about their patients and love what they do!
Thanks to them, I left feeling confident and excited to finally wear my contacts. Highly recommend this office -- such a sweet, professional, and supportive team!

Friendliest ppl at any eye place I've ever been to. Sayra was so unbelievably helpful. She even adjusted my old glasses so they would stay on my face until I get my new ones. At first everyone is so professional. That 2years ago . But today I have an appointment for 4pm but the lady said it's 1:30pm . Yesterday I walk in for check up 3:30 pm they said they schedule is full . Today they schedule me 4pm but still is full they last scheduled is 4pm . I wonder why they changed my appointment without informing me or text me . It's a waste of time to come . . I come to this branch because is so convenient closer to my place . It's too disappointing to come when my schedule is changed.
