Quick, efficient service. Great selection of frames at a great price. A good variety of insurances accepted, including Medicaid (always check with your insurance company). The Medicaid frame options were plentiful, with the option to pay the price difference for upgraded frames. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes. Huge, clean, bright office in a location that is easily accessible in a strip mall with ample parking, usually right in front. The office will call to confirm your appointment and if you are running late. The front desk lady is nice once she warms up to you in an "auntiesque" manner that I find endearing. Good customer service from all staff. Dr. Keller is an old school optometrist. Glad he is still around . Would recommend and return. This is the type of office that a patient can enjoy continuity of care.

Dr Keller took care of my wife very well. He was friendly and efficient. He did not rush through anything, obviously caring a lot about her situation. The receptionist called the insurance company to make sure we had coverage for her contact lenses, which we did. Overall, a very nice first visit.

Dr. Keller was very attentive for my eye exam and Virginia was very patient with me picking my frame. Thank you Dr. Keller and Virginia.

Didn't get my initial exam here, but at another establishment down the street. But they didn't have frames that would discount with my insurance so I ended up coming here. The staff is AMAZING and there are never any wait times. My daughter broke my pair of glasses and I needed a replacement and fast. I was able to come in right before closing and pick out a new frame and get everything squared away. Not a huge selection, but definitely great pricing. Will definitely come here for future exams and hardware purchases.

I would not recommend this place at all. They have Terrible customer service, selection of frames is minimal at best and they don't bill insurance so you must pay out of pocket. I paid $800 out of pocket of for an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses that I was not happy with. I took them back 2 separate times and each time I was charged even more money as they wouldn't honor the buy one get one half off price 34 days after I picked up my glasses. Trust me your better off shopping on line on your own they are no help at all and just want your money! This place is crooked dgo elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. I needed my glasses repaired before traveling and barely made it to them just minutes before closing and they helped me. Ty was amazing and took her time to repair my glasses correctly, was super friendly and informative and didn't make me feel like I was imposing whatsoever (even though I sort of was lol.) I apologized to another woman working there and she made me feel comfortable and essentially said it was no big deal. They've been exceptionally polite and professional every time I visit. They don't have many reviews which is surprising. This is honestly a great office. The doctor was extremely quick. You could tell he's been doing this for a long time. His staff was very caring and professional. I've been searching for an eye doctor since I moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and I finally found one. They have a wide selection of glasses. I did glasses and contacts and I was able to keep the sample pair he had me try on til my cases came. Did I mention it was a small intimate office? That was probably the best part lol. No chains trying to get you to spend all of your money.

My wife and I while on vacation booked an appointment with True Eyecare for eye exams, glass's and contacts. We were treated with respect and professionalism and were not disappointed with the results after receiving our purchase in the mail a short time later to Canada. I would highly recommend True Eyecare for their excellent service and reasonable prices.
