Just wow! From the front desks to the assistant to the eyeglasses maker to the doctor! Very nice people here. My appt was at 5:15 pm for a new patient appt. but got out early at 4:00 pm so drove down and they got me right in. Even made my glasses right then and there. Georgie is a sweet-heart, helped me choose frames and was very patient. Ladies upfront very profesional and helpful! Doctor was very explanatory and addressed my concerns. I am currently waiting on my glasses here in the waiting area. My parents also came as new patients a few months back and loved the service. They also speak Spanish

I have used Vegas Vision for the last 6 years and have always had good service when it came to my eye glasses but on December the 1st that changed. I went in to see Dr Chan but this time it wasn't him it was what I could only assume was a student filling in for him. My visit wasn't for glasses but for a infected eye that has a inner stye. The So called Optometrist that was there sat me down spent almost the entire time with his attention drawn to the computer didnt listen to my story that lead up to the event that caused my stye and acted the whole time like I was taking up his time. I explained in detail and non of it was of any interest to him just handed me a referral and said my eye had a stroke and no medication was needed no antibiotics nothing just go home and wait for your appointment on the 18th and see what they say. I should have known something was wrong because when I got there for my 1115 am appointment there were 4 other patients in front of me and he saw all of them in in under 30 minutes as they were getting exams. This review isn't on Dr Chan but this individual that was in charge that day. Even the online Doctors said he should have prescribed me some kind of antibiotics for the infection and pain and advised me for home remedies like warm compress to help until my appointment but he did not just said nothing needed. I could have done better just going to the ER. I am very disappointed that I went that day just to see a student who couldn't help me no wonder he didn't prescribed me anything he may not have the requirements to do so. Thank you.

I have been going here for about 5/6 years for my eye exams and glasses. I love the selection and good prices for frames, it's always a pleasant experience. Staff is great I always feel acknowledged and in good care. Great place

I brought a friend in for his appointment decided I was over due to see a eye doctor. They saw me the same day. In and out roughly around time my friend was done. Quick friendly and efficientat what they do. Definitely can't ask more of a business then that!

I set an appointment for my husband and he received wonderful service, so I decided to set an appointment for myself. Only to find out that I am being treated very rudely and I did not received the same service my husband did. I feel so discriminated against and besides the ladies there were talking bad about myself and some of the other people there in Spanish, under the assumption that I didn't speak it. i would not recommend this place to anyone, it is a shame because the doctor was nice but that is about it. 01/25/2025 It has been confirmed today that this place is the worst place EVER if you need anything. I called today because my husband's glasses broke. They left me on hold for 15 mins, I called back only to be told that they don't do repairs and I would have to buy another pair. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. The staff is super rude and very unprofessional. This office needs serious improvement i.e. fire the whole staff and start over. Them people need better training in customer service. PERIOD!!!

My family has been going to Vegas Vision for years everyone was always polite. Today I called wanting the prescription for my glasses and was told they can't because the prescription is expired. I need it for medical reasons to know what my vision is/was and if it has gotten worse due to medical issues. I spoke with a lady who was very rude and kept saying I can't use the prescription anywhere and said she would send it by email and hung up on me. Very rude. Legally I have a right to receive what I'm asking for. This rude employee has no idea what I'm going through now and was very rude. I still did not receive the email.

Terrible spent 2 hours after my exam just to get my prescription never again
