Hands down one of the best eye doctor visits I've had. The vibe is super welcoming, and the staff is on top of things. Dr. Alissa Nagel took the time to explain my results clearly, and the high-tech equipment made the exam feel quick and easy. Big shoutout to the team for helping me pick frames without pressuring me to buy. If you're looking for a friendly, professional eye care spot, this is the one.

I actually left vision source for a while since they weren't able to handle more of a medical issue. The doctor I started seeing actually retired and I returned to Vision Source.? I'm so glad I did. For yearly well checks and prescriptions They are fantastic. Great variety of glasses. I love Dr. Nagle, she is real and kind and so knowledgeable. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive and the lovely lady who did my pre appt tests was great. Danny helped with my glasses and was absolutely lovely and flawless. Thank you Vision Force. I absolutely love Vision Source. I've been getting my annual eye ex with Dr.Lee for the last few years now and wouldn't have it any other way. He does a thorough and comprehensive eye exam, is personable and has helped me to maintain healthy eyes. Oh and Courtney is the best. When it comes to picking out a pair of glasses she helped me to embrace a bold look. Thank you Vision Source!

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Beckwith for several years driving long distance. . He is professional, personable and caring. Their testing is very comprehensive. Office and staff delightful. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Beckwith/ Dr. lee for 30 years...they are the best and the staff is so kind and helpful. When my husband finally admitted he needed glasses I took him here and he was very happy.

The staff is positive, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate being able to schedule exams on Saturdays and the process and technology provided is exceptional. Dr. Beckwith is personable and always takes the time to explain everything and next steps in layman terms. I am very happy with the service that Vision Source provides.

Their customer service is great and they do put customers needs first. However, this is not my first optometrist but I recently moved to Summerlin and the prescription they gave me was really off. I get new glasses every year and I've never had any prescription give me a headache, throw off my depth perception, and be blurrier than my older glasses. On top of the, I bought my glasses third party for $300 because I wanted a specific style. Luckily the office customer service was great and they rescheduled me to have a second exam and correct the prescription. I was able to get a new pair with the new prescription. And after waiting 2 weeks for the second time, the prescription was still noticeably off it was still blurrier than my previous pair and my spatial perception was off. I have been to places in multiples different states from higher end to Walmart and this happening twice with the same person really soured my taste for this place. They were able to give me an updated version of my previous prescription that had expired and got my glasses ordered with no complaints. I have since gone elsewhere to get a more fitting prescription. Again, customer service was great they tried really hard to resolve my issues but the prescription was off too many times to be reliable.
