Our family's experience at this eye care office a year ago was deeply frustrating. While the doctor and receptionists were pleasant, the core issue was that all five pairs of prescription glasses ordered for my husband, daughter, in-laws, and myself were incorrect. My in-laws had visited on a separate occasion before us. When we tried to address the issue, we received the runaround. My husband's Oakley glasses were particularly problematic; they took eight weeks to arrive and were unusable, representing a significant waste of money. The other doctor involved in the glasses avoided my calls, and when I finally went in person, he claimed the prescription was correct and offered no solution. Neither doctor took responsibility. A second opinion from another optometrist confirmed that the prescription provided by this office was significantly inaccurate, leading to wasted time and money. Additionally, we were upsold small, overpriced Lumify eye drops for $20, which we later found much cheaper and larger at CVS. I can't help but feel that this office, being in a predominantly Hispanic area, engages in price gouging, especially for cash-paying customers." This left us feeling as though the office, located in a Hispanic-majority area, might be engaging in price gouging, particularly towards cash-paying clients." The doctor and her staff were very good.I was seen quickly and the tests were done efficiently. The eyeglass side wasn't quite the same.They had a small selection of frames in my price range and I felt a little rushed.The glasses took over 3 weeks.I can confidently recommend Dr Gammoh if you need your eyes checked.Update:I got another pair of glasses from the eyeglass side.They were friendly and helpful.Good experience.They glasses were ready early

Highly recommend the location, they are very professional, work with you, and the doctor on scene is very nice with providing alternative methods of promoting eye health longevity

Overall experience was amazing. From arriving to leaving. Super great staff. Rosa & Juan Pablo are super caring and made everything so smooth. I would definitely recommend if you need any eye exams done.

I have been coming here for about 2-3 years already. The doctor is very nice and the receptionists are pretty helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they do well to answer them. I don't often have a wait longer than 30 minutes for the exam. The person who helps with the frames does a great job as well and helps me choose frames that look good on me.

I come here for my sons and glasses for myself. Always professional and clean. Adamari is always very helpful and knowledgeable. She also made sure everything was sterile which is more important now than ever.We always feel welcome. And got a great deal on contacts

I take back my positive review. I posted this review after my eye appointment. I did not realize that obtaining my glasses would be such a hassle. When I first ordered my glasses they let me know that they would call me. So of course I waited but I waited for about 3 weeks and when I would call I would be placed on hold for 10 minutes. When I would try calling back, the staff would hang up on me. Finally, when I got through to someone and complained about being hung up on, they said "Oh yeah they're ready. I didn't let this get to me. So I came again this year for my exam. I felt rushed through my whole exam and through picking out my glasses. The sales person let me know that it would take about 2-3 weeks. I called at the 2 week mark and the staff again but me on hold for more than 10 minutes and when I tried calling they would just hang up on me. They called my cell phone and apologized saying that the lenses just need to be cut into the frames. I called again today to see if there were any updates and the staff member on the phone told me "They haven't came yet". I was upset and let the person on the phone know what I was told last week. Now they tell me that one of the machines is "down" so that's why there are delays. The least they could do is be honest. Do not come here, I completely regret leaving a good review. I also forgot to mention that called on 7/6/21 and kept getting hung up on so I just gave up on calling.

They are real nice and they are quick with the visit and you get nice glasses. Been coming here for long time. Rosa was very helpful she ask me questions about my eyes and she made me feel better and gave me options about making my eyes feel better. Thank You Rosa
