Everything about my visit was excellent! Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and they had plenty of availability. I did not have to wait months to get in. Check-in was smooth and straightforward and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The doctor was thorough and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything I needed to know. Picking out my glasses was an enjoyable experience with a huge selection to choose from. Sandy was especially helpful in guiding me through the lens options and I really appreciated her expertise. Overall, the appointment was efficient, well organized, and very pleasant.

Great service in a very busy store. The woman who worked with me had two or three other clients. She went cheerfully from client to client and took us all through the process all in a timely manner. Her tone of voice was never rushed and she was always polite and professional with all of us. Very impressive!

Great experience. The staff was great. They were very welcoming and informative. My time was valued and the Dr. was very thorough and took time to discuss my options and treatment plan.

The opticians, receptionist are professionals in every way in their field and are always a pleasure to be helped by. They have a wide selection of frames and price points to fit anyones taste and budget. The only thing that irritated me was that I was not informed I needed to up date all my information! If I knew ahead of time I would've been better prepared with my pertinent information. The Dr is great she allows time for questions which is greatly appreciated. I feel she should slow her speaking a little bit. Lol. My overall experience was fantastic, I would recommend this business to anyone needing an eye Dr.

Walked into the store this evening and was greeted immediately by staff who were so helpful and friendly!!! Luis was amazing and had our glasses fixed and ready to go super fast!! He was very nice!

The entire staff was helpful, very friendly and accommodating. I was a walk-in, because I was in the area but I had scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. The staff worked me in and I was seen almost immediately once Dr. Luu started seeing her afternoon patients. Jenovie explained all my options at the Vision Works side, and ultimately I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses from her.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. The staff was helpful and friendly, offered me a water when mine was at an end, and provided detailed information about both the procedures and financial aspect of the visit. It was a pleasant experience overall.

They have an inconsistent schedule. This is 3 times I've come and they were supposed to be open and there's a sign stating they'll be back in such n such minutes. When a store is scheduled to be open, it makes it really inconvenient for those of us with a busy schedule to take time out to make a "quick stop" and end up having to wait 20+ minutes to get serviced. UPDATE: I came Wednesday morning, it was supposed to be open at 9:30am, no one was there. Went to another store, came back STILL no one there. This makes 4 times I've wasted time, energy, gas going to the store only to find its not open. I called before I came this time to make sure they were open and to see if my son's glasses were done. I never got a call to let me know and its been over 3 weeks...My son's glasses had a warranty, I went to pick up the glasses, I was told I needed to bring the original pair of glasses. I was NEVER told this beforehand. Not once. Glasses were left at home. So I finally get to the store, its open and now we get turned away because I wasn't told we had to bring the original pair. I dealt with the same guy in each incident and although he seems polite, he gives me a headache. Every. Single. Time! One day I came on a day I took off just to find out the optometrist isn't open on Wednesdays... ppl inside the glasses section is polite. The ladies in the optometrist department seems to have bad attitudes.
