Ms. Jess was absolutely AWESOME. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me pick out the best glasses suitable to me and my needs. Most of all she does everything she says she will do without reminders (like calling you and the insurance company back, sending emails, etc.) Great smile and 10 star customer service.

I recently switched over to VisionWorks after years of going to a different practice. My daughter had a very positive experience back in February, and I figured I would try getting my contacts and glasses there. From beginning to end, I had the most positive time...the front desk gals were easy to talk to and explained all the financial options to me regarding exams and what my insurance covered; Pedro was super friendly and made the process into transitioning to the doctor really easy. Doc gave me a very thorough exam and explained the options I had with my level of vision. And to round it off, Randy was such a blast to work with in shopping for eyeglasses (I also felt that he was nonjudgmental about my financial situation, so it was easier to make a decision without feeling pressured); he works with so much joy and patience. I'm grateful that im a patient here now!

We visited both sides of the clinic and received excellent service. First, the doctor was kind enough to find the cause of my eye discomfort, which I greatly appreciate. But the best part was when we went to the optical section. The young man at the counter was wonderful, but especially the young woman who helped my husband and me to choose our glasses, ASHLEY C. She was spectacular. She exceeded all expectations in kindness and professionalism; she was a truly delightful person. She even helped us with benefits we weren't aware of and that no one had explained to us beforehand. THANK YOU

I had actually been seen at this location for over 10 years. But recently I had a horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment. I remember when scheduled i had discussed they could not get me in the first week after my call the 9th because they did not have any appointments available and I would have to be seen on the 16th. Ok no problem. But then when I show up they said they did not have my scheduled it was supposed to be the 9th they could see me but I would have to wait 45 minutes and I was like OK. However then they proceed to give me papers to make me say yes or no to procedures and cost without giving me what options my insurance covers. Each option wanted me to say yes I wanted this done and the full cost was this much if I agreed yes or no. No option to bill insurance. When I asked the front desk personnel they said I had to put yes and they dont know if my insurance would cover. Why would I agree to pay 100% if I have insurance. The girls both tell me if I want to be seen i have to agree because the insurance only covers if it is medically nessasary. Well how do we know what we need if we dont first see a Dr to determine what us medically nessassary? The last eye exam i went to they pulled us in a room. Saud we will start with this your insurance covers this much you would pay this then you sign and agree to what your insurance will not cover if you agree. Why would anyone with insurance agree to pay 100%? She said because I have to. I said no I do not have to and I won't. She said then I can't be seen. I was like this is so unprofessional and no one should be signing this. It sets them up to being fully responsible and not the Insurance. I left i called my insurance to ensure they did not try to charge my insurance, however not only did they try and charge for me but each person on my insurance. That would have left my son and my husband without being able to be seen later. I will never return and I will be putting in a complaint with every office needed to ensure no one ever goes through this again.

This store is the best location to go to if you want excellent service. Randy continues to impress me with his outstanding customer service, expertise and knowledge of new products. He works hard to make every customer feel special.

Visionworks Meadows Mall Located in the mall but luckily has an exterior door that allows them to set their own hours. The facility was well lit, clean and staff pleasant and helpful. The parking lot has plenty of parking and handicap accessible parking.

The customer service from everyone I encountered was stellar. The front desk lady on the left got me in on a walk-in basis when I explained that my insurance was ending and was extremely pleasant. The young man who tested my eye pressure accommodated my germaphobic requests had such a calming demeanor as well. The Dr. was very thorough and patient and even provided a visual aide to help me further understand what I was looking at on the screen. Both the young lady and Dr. in the Eyewear section were also very welcoming and accommodating of my germapobic requests as well. The Dr. also has a great sense of humor. My visit to Visionworks really unlifted my spirits!
