Dr. Pinon is sincerely the warmest, engaged and dedicated doctor- she cares about her practice and patients as a physician should! Her staff love her and everyone works in sync. I enjoy my yearly exams, thank you so much for reminding me what a small town Vegas is-

If you're looking for your family's optometrist, this is it! I highly recommend Dr Pinon. She is so personable and thorough. She takes the time to answer any questions and educate you on eye health and contact lens hygiene. Previously located in Sears on Grand Canyon, she opened her new location on Sahara/Decatur.

Came in to get my nosepads fixed and the tech Alyssa was so helpful and attentive to details. She even looked at my pair of professional glasses and gave me her recommendations. Definitely recommend this office

I hadn't had an eye exam in many years, so I was a bit apprehensive about scheduling this appointment. Dr. Helmick was absolutely wonderful to work with. Incredibly pleasant, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward.

I've never worn contacts. I chose this office because it's close to my job. I didn't really have any expectations having not done any research. To my surprise, I found the BEST optometrist I've had so far. If you've never worn contacts, like myself and are seriously considering them, this is the place to go. The Optometrists assistant (may not be her correct title). Was very patient and gave great tips that were extremely helpful for a beginner. The doctor has taken the time to make sure my prescription is the best for my very problematic vision. My case is unique. In the past optometrist have been quick to write up anything to get me out of the office. This has likely made my vision worse over the years. I wasn't aware of this until I came here. I assumed they were all doing their best. From the time you walk in to be greeted by the awesome women in the front ( I feel terrible about not remembering names) to finishing up your exam, you'll know you're getting the best care.

My experience exceeded my expectations as Dr. Monica was very detailed in how she explained things and she truly made me feel like she cared about the health of my vision. The two other employees whom I interacted with were also very kind. I was surprised at how quickly they had my glasses ready too. I highly recommend this optometry office! :)

Love! Love! Love this place! They have treated my kids and I like family since 2019 when I first went there by chance. They see myself and all of my kids ranging from 10 years to 26 years old. Our glasses are always done in a timely fashion. Our exams are always very thorough and not rushed. I was a Foster Parent before I adopted, and never one time were my children treated with anything but kindness and respect. Thank you guys for all you do!!!
