Vuong My M OD

I love this clinic. I always go here for my routine eye exam for 3 years now since i moved here in Vegas. Dr Vuong and staff are friendly. Although I waited a bit longer in my last appointment, I'd say my overall experience was great. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional.

I only trust Dr. Vuong with my sons prescription!! She really cares for the wellbeing of her patients. When he first started having issues from being on his phone and gaming too much she put him on a plan to help slow the progression of his declining vision and as he got older she has kept him on a path to keep his eyes healthy. Her staff are so patient and professional and it's really convenient that she is located at the Decatur Walmart vision center so we can pick up our prescriptions right away. Thank you Dr. Vuong they don't get any better then you!

First saw Dr. My Vuong in 2017, then again in 2020. She is now my go to optometrist, not straying! My prescription is not strong. I have slight astigmatism and distance and near distance is not too bad. I have tried doctors at Costco and Visionworks. Costco doc was okay for prescription but he was not personable. Visionworks doc was nice, but she couldn't get my prescription correct after 2 tries. Back to using Dr. Vuong in 2023, and noticed the office staff has greatly improved since my first visit. Dr. Vuong is personable, thorough, efficient, just awesome!

Dr. Vuong is incredible! I make every effort to see her for all my eye care needs. Her office provides exceptional service. I also find that she is very knowledgeable, with much more depth and thoroughness than other practices. Don't delay, get your appointment scheduled! They fill up quickly!

Took my two daughters for their first eye exam and let me say the staff and doctor were just great with them. We were able to get an appointment right away. They took their time with each of them. Will be coming back with my family for our annual exams. Great service all around.

The doctor, however her receptionist, Alisha is unprofessional and RUDE! When I made my eye exam appointment, she was difficult! When I showed for my appointment, kept me standing at the counter talking to her coworker!!! I had to get her attention to check in! She rudely told me, she was talking! She needs some customer service training!! She could have acknowledge....I will be right with you!

My family and I started seeing Dr. Voung, OD, as our family ophthalmologist since 2008, and we have always appreciated her and her staff for the services that they provide. We liked Dr. Voung, OD, and her staff so much, that we kept seeing them even when they moved offices; they make sure to have a friendly disposition toward their patients and focus on their eye health. Our family would recommend them to anybody, whoever would need to see an eye doctor.

Dr. Vuong is very kind, sincere, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is great and the atmosphere in the office is pleasant. She cares about her job!! I would rate her a 10
