I called the Walmart Vision Center to ask about my son's glasses warranty, and the lady who answered, named Nicki, was very rude and dismissive. She sounded annoyed when I asked my questions and gave me attitude instead of trying to help. At the end of the call, she suddenly changed her tone and pretended to be nice, but it came off as sarcastic. I expected better customer service, especially when all I wanted was information about my child's warranty.

The process towards getting new glasses was smooth and hassle free. Optometrist and staff super friendly and made me feel comfortable wearing glasses. He even shared with me new information about my eyes and used my old glasses as a guide line which is a plus. The saving paper thing a little weird but okay lol. Purchasing the glasses and picking them up wonderful staff. I have never been told to keep my glasses on for 10 minutes. New information and now I depend on my glasses. I only will go to Walmart for my vision needs because my work glasses are 5 years old no scratches and amazing quality. My new glasses are just as good if not better.

My insurance was unfortunately really hard to get a hold of during the process of getting new glasses. But both the doctor office and Where you actually buy the glasses, Waited on hold for two hours individually to specifically get all the information I needed to order glasses and go to my appointment. They work hard with a great attitude!

The first person who approached me was a young Asian girl. In my opinion she acts like she just goes to work to look pretty . She was absolutely no help at all.
After someone else helped me we got squared away.
I got my glasses and tried them for a month..couldn't get used to them because something wasn't right. I went back and sure enough I got the cheapest progressive lens they have unknown to me.
They returned my money and never called my insurance to reinstate it. I called and did it. Went back and got both new glasses and prescription sunglasses. Wore them for a week and something wasn't right. I returned them and was told by the manager they are the best progressive lens they carry and set up just like my old glasses I have on. I respectfully disagree with him because if they were the same I would be able to see properly.
From having my eye exam and 2 months later and 2 different pair of glasses and still terrible!!
I will never go back to Walmart vision here. I highly do not recommend them.
They never called my insurance after saying they would.
They gave me ultra cheap progressive lens.
It just seems like they don't care!
