Warby Parker Downtown Summerlin

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in. They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, guiding us through the selection with ease and confidence. The selection of frames was excellent, with plenty of stylish options to choose from. What stood out most was how efficient everything was -- we were in and out in under 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed. As a bonus, even my 4-year-old stayed happily entertained thanks to the thoughtful touches around the store, including the books available to browse. It made the visit easy and enjoyable for our whole family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, welcoming eyewear shopping experience.

Holly at Warby Parker is amazing! During our recent visit to Warby Parker, we purchased three pairs of glasses for our family, and Holly made the entire experience an A+ from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful while we tried on different styles. I never write reviews, but Celeste at the Warby Parker in Downtown Summerlin deserves one. I bought new glasses that just didn't fit right, and she spotted the problem immediately. After a quick adjustment, they fit perfectly. Now I actually want to wear them! Celeste is awesome -- friendly, fast, and knows her stuff

Always so easy and productive at Warby Parker, in DT summerlin. I had an optometrist appt, with Dr. Tran, she's amazing. So helpful, I felt very heard, taken care of and learned a few new things. She is very thoughtful and professional. Everyone in the store after was helpful and professional, highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at Warby Parker! Celeste helped my daughter pick out her new glasses, and she was absolutely amazing--super friendly, down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her positive attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and my daughter left feeling confident and excited about her new frames. We will definitely be returning to this location. The amazing customer service from our person Kate was exceptional. She was so helpful and patient as the glasses are for my son and he wanted a specific look. She took the time, made great suggestions and we found his perfect pair. We will be back to pick up so we can do the fitting on the spot but she also gave us the home delivery option and she gave us a way to contact her to come back when she's there to be able to see her again, which we truly appreciated! I keep coming back to WP for myself and my family because we always have a great experience and love the glasses too!

I went here on 2/19/2026 for an eye exam. Because you do not accept my insurance, I was told by the doctor that she would send me my bill that Saturday so I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I called again on Monday, 2/23/2026, and spoke with a customer service representative who said he would email the office to have my bill sent to me. As of today 2/28 2026, I still have not received anything. I called once more and was placed on hold while another representative sorted things out, but the call was disconnected on their end. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. If I do not receive my bill promptly, I will move forward with disputing the charge with my bank.

The sales personnel she was amazing. I was early and she stayed withe the entire time until my eye exam. She made me feel like family. Veryprofessional and knowledgeable. I even got s hug when I was leaving the store. Now that's a plus.
