I'm honored to have seen Dr Wellish. They were very thorough in their examination and found even in 1985 I had Weldon havins with a surgery. Your case surgery was successful and has kept my vision for nearly 50 years. They took over and checked even for cataracts, and I'm certain that I'll be seeing Dr Wellish shortly for cataract surgery. I gave them five stars but it could go 10 for all the work they did.

always a good visit. I like the opthamologist. don't care for the appointment not being met within 5 minutes of my set appointment time.... my time is important to me too! I noticed that the nurse that eventually helped me initially, did not walk into work until after my set appointment....

The wait time was not optimal. The appointment was at 1:55pm and didn't see the doctor until after 3pm. The initial pre-screening with the tech was within 15 -20 minutes of arrival time , after that, the wait to see the doctor was unacceptable. Literally spent less than 10 minutes with the doctor. If I showed up for my appointment a hour or more after the scheduled appointment time, I would not be seen, yet waiting to see the doctor for over an hour is what I had to deal with. Do better in your customer flow systems.

From the time I got there, it was an hour before I saw the doctor. The waiting room was so cold I was shivering. I was happy that they opened an office closer to my home. The guy that did the exam was very efficient and thorough.

I would not recommend this office based on my experience. I had a scheduled appointment, but ended up waiting over 45 minutes past my time before even being seen. My time is valuable, and it was very frustrating to feel that the office does not respect their patients' time.

There's a reason when I chose a doctor I stayed away from wellish institute... now they have merged together wellish has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.... as much as I like Dr Shaw... looks like I'll be looking for a new doctor.
