Dr J and the team are always a pleasure to see annually. Very helpful and welcoming. My appointment this year was in the Milford office and I loved it for the only reason that it is a smaller office and did not feel rushed looking at the glasses on display - not that I am rushed in Nashua at all. It is more of my own feeling of anxiety with so many people around waiting their turn. No reflection on the Nashua staff AT ALL! **Focused Eye Care is #1** at both locations.

Great experience from start to finish. The gals in the office are fantastic, the technician was the sweetest, and Dr Coutu was so chill and thorough. I'll be sticking around with this group. Glad I found them and they're so close to home. They left a great impression because I remember all their names. Casey, Jodi, Corey, Allison, and the Doc. From the 2 front desk staff to the assistants and Dr. Bryant, it is an easy decision to have your care here. They are efficient, compassionate and so very competent. Dr Bryant is great and makes you feel comfortable. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, (like the cost of a procedure) she will direct you to who can answer that. The whole staff is wonderful and the waiting room is pleasant and clean. We are so fortunate to have this practice in Milford.

Everyone was really nice. Doc was thorough. I didn't like that my eyes had to be dilated. I go to the eye doctor at least once a year and it has been many years since I last had them dilated. With the new technology and all you really shouldn't need that anymore. Also their selection of glasses was very sparse so I left without ordering any. Now i have to go shop for glasses. I get that it is a small place, but I feel there should be a little better variety in colors. Something fun instead of all black brown and grey.
