I have never been more impressed by an eye doctor...or an appointment in general! The front desk was efficient and helpful with my check in and insurance; The tech was fast but thorough; The optometrist, Kaitlyn, was friendly and got me set with a new prescription for contacts very quickly; and the sales advisor got me checked out and gave great pointers on rebates and tips on frames that would fit my small face. Whoever is managing this location must have a degree in customer service, because everyone was spot on in providing an exceptional experience. My husband is scheduling an appointment here soon (you can do that easily online too!) and I'll be happy to recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care!

The My Eye Dr office in Milford is amazing Staff is courteous and efficient. Not only was I greeted right away, but they made sure that my insurance was correct. Answered any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable with the glasses that I chose.. The doctor took her time with my contact fitting. It had been years since then worn them. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new Eye doctor

Diane was tremendously helpful - she did all the math to find the best deal for my situation she could while I picked out frames. She was extremely positive and efficient. Diane was at the end of the process, the rest of the team from intake to exam were also upbeat, thorough, took the time to explain things and move me right through so I could get on with the rest of the day. Thank you!

Had to have my glasses troubleshooted and Meredith was incredibly rude. She was insistent that the only issue was that my lens type was different even though I explained how my prescription changed drastically in the eye I was having issues with. She did not inform of any prescription related stuff and was insistent on the fact that she was right and I was wrong... They're my eyes not yours. She was extremely rude when greeting us at the front desk, she ignored us for multiple minutes while she helped someone set up a Christmas decoration that she wasn't assisting with. How many people does it take to hang up a string of balls? The answer is one because she was just standing there watching someone else do it. She did not provide me with a receipt so I had to go back up to the front on my way out and get one. Don't even get me started on her half shirt she was wearing that was frankly the most inappropriate top I've seen in a professional setting. It was an extremely nerve-racking and rude interaction. I went out of my way to let one of the techs know how incredibly rude this lady was. I've never had issues here before but this lady was ridiculous.

This 5 star review is specific to Dr. Kaitlyn Gregory. I truly enjoy my annual visit because Dr. Gregory is so personable, prepared and competent. But it doesn't end there because Dr Gregory encourages me to contact her with any questions and really means it! Whether it's for a referral or help with a prescription, she gets right back to me and is always so helpful. I wish all of my healthcare providers were more like Dr. Gregory!!

Our local EyeMed in Milford NH did an excellent job repairing my glass lens it popped out. They were professional and very pleasant. I thank you all for repairing my glasses in such a short period of time. Cheers!

Easy to make an appointment, the staff are friendly - Dr. P was awesome. They're open and transparent about pricing, it's a clean facility. And I got a free pair of sunglasses with my year supply order of contact lenses!

i've never had a bad experience going in here. the front desk is always friendly and they're quick to crack up a joke. susanna is a phenomenal optometrist and crystal was great helping me fit my glasses. i'm spoiled and don't want to go anywhere else
