I was on a trip to Florida when my glasses broke. Julia and Kelli were absolutely wonderful in making sure everything was taken care of and they were able to send my glasses to me. Thank you so much for the help and making the shipping cost a reasonable price! I've been a patient for almost 28 years. It's this kind of care in service that keeps me a loyal patient! Had the best experience getting my eyes checked as a first time patient. The girls at the front desk were so polite and made the check in process go smoothly. The opticians were wonderful and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and they had a lot of options to pick from! I will defiantly come back again and would recommend this place to anyone!

Eye exam part is very good. However, I supplied my own frames. All they had to do is grind the lenses and put them in the frames, no extras like special tinting, anti scratch protection etc. It still cost over 500.00. Total rip off!!!

Extremely slow service. 45 minute wait inside the actual exam room. To add insult to the injury, not even an apology. I almost left thinking they forgot about me. Rochester needs more eye doctors that actually care about their patients.

Had my very first appointment on January 13th 2025. The lady at the front desk was very kind and pleasant, also the lady that showed me frames was very welcoming and courteous she had very good energy. The lady that assisted with placing me in a room and asking questions and did my eye exam was very respectful and nice as well. The elderly man that I dealt with was very kind also and did a great job and didn't shy away from all the questions I had to ask as I was concerned about my eyes. Overall s a forst timer I had a great experience and felt very good leaving that office. Looking forward to coming back again, wish i had come sooner. 5 stars...

As a recently retired health care professional who has been on both sides of patient care, I was very impressed with Dr. Jordan and his staff on my first visit today. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such professionalism with the willingness to take as much time as needed to answer my questions and fully explain everything to me. What a great group of people. Give them a call and you will be glad you did. I promise.

Thanks for saving the day! Just moved to the area and tonight my wife's frames broke (Friday). They were able to fix them in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. We WILL be back!
