This thank you, and review, are LONG overdue. I apologize to Lori for taking so long. I came into your vision center in August for new glasses. I only had to try on 3 pair. Lori was so patient and kind while helping me decide. After I returned to pick up my glasses, we discovered the left eye vision was a little blurry. She made several adjustments (they are progressive lenses) and suggested I wear them several days to see if it cleared up. Sometimes that can happen with a new prescription. Still blurry after a week. She confirmed the prescription was filled according to what my eye doctor sent me home with. I went back to my eye doctor's optical shop and they confirmed it is what the doctor sent me home with. Long story, but I am now headed back to the eye surgeon to have eyes rechecked...seems to be an eye issue after all. Lori and your staff in this vision center are so pleasant and knowledgeable. I LOVE my glasses and look forward to the day I can return to the store to show Lori the blurriness has been corrected and thank her in person for being so kind and patient.

Patty gets a 5* from me! She worked tirelessly to get my glasses right. I had to go back to my eye dr twice to fine tune my prescription. She has a ton of patience, very professional and pleasant to work with. With the multiple trips for adjustments (due to updated prescriptions) I ended up working with most everyone there and they were all wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Walmart vision center in Rochester!

Patty at the vision center was fantastic, I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and she helped me immediately. She helped me pick out multiple frames to try and didn't pressure me into picking one. While I was deciding, she found and ran my benefits for my EyeMed insurance and processed the paperwork to save me as much money as possible. I would definitely recommend coming here from glasses, the frames are between $20-$150 dollars and are significantly cheaper than going to an eye doctor!

Joanne at the Rochester New Hampshire Vision Center was amazing. It was close to closing time and she stayed to help us and didn't rush us. She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing three pairs of prescription glasses! She honestly is a diamond in the ruff! I have had not so pleasant interactions at other vision shops. You want to hold onto her! She is the reason I would continue to do business with Walmart Vision Center!

Firstly,
You need to know; I have never once written a review about any experience, until now.
Walmart Vision Center on Farmington Road in Rochester has the best, Women running the show.
I met Patti and Sharon when I popped in to get 2 prescriptions. I had no idea where to begin.
Although they were busy, they both made sure to let me know that they saw me.
Asked what I needed, guided me in the right direction so I wasn't standing around. When it was my turn, I felt like the only person there.
I took up a fair amount of their time and they never made me feel rushed.
My glasses arrived on time and although I didn't get to thank Sharon, Patti was there.
These Women are outstanding at what they do.
They are Pros and they love helping people.
You can feel the good energy.
Everyone I witnessed left feeling in great spirits.
Bottom line is; It is rare to encounter this quality of service.
Whoever supervises these Women, hat's off to you for valuing them.
If I owned a vision center, I would snatch them right out from under you.

OUTSTANDING!!! I would rate this eye store a solid 10 if I could!!! Extremely nice, professional, VERY thorough, helpful!! I was a walk in that needed an exam and lenses, but not glasses. The exam was excellent, the doctor actually listened to what I was saying, he was just terrific!!! The lady who placed my lens order, was very professional but so friendly and kind!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!!!

I went into the Rochester optical department recently and I highly recommend them. I am always greeted professionally. I have been having a hard time finding the perfect fit glasses and prescription for my difficult vision having to wear trifocals. Lori is amazing and awesome to work with! She is professional and makes you feel comfortable and explains every question you ask. You won't be disappointed!
