I was charged for a pair of glasses, when they came in, they tried to charge me 100 more, now I am having trouble getting a refund, they do not return phone calls, are very vague about inquiries and it always takes longer than most places to receive your glasses, also, the woman who does the eye exams is not licensed, but only the secretary. this is the second time I've had a problem there and I'm going to find a new eye doctor

I am extremely disappointed in this practice. I have tried for months to get an apt but no one EVER answers. I've left messages, no call backs. I've tried to go there, closed. I assumed he closed his practice but he did not. Maybe he lost all of his help, idk. But either way, I have found a new practice that I quite like. I just can't get any of my records transferred until I can finally reach Dr. Kay.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with figuring out my insurance & choosing frames. Dr.Kay was great! He took the time to pay attention to my eyes to see which view was clearer even if he had to do it a few times, he never made me feel rushed. I had a great experience and I highly recommend them.

My appointment with Dr. Kay today was the best eye appointment I've had in almost 30 years... since I needed to see an eye doctor. He spent an hour with me and had me try different contacts to find my comfort. (When a usual appointment is 15 min and out) he wanted to make sure I left there with the clearest vision possible, and he did!
