Anotherissue is that to get my prescription I had to go to the Optical Shop - there was a waiting line. I should be able to
Pick my prescription at the Out Desk as I had paid for it rather than having to wait
at Optical shop that has seated customers.
This to me is unacceptable and may prompt me to switch to another facility.

Repeatedly, massive trucks show up around 1 AM to clear snow, making ear-splitting noise in a quiet residential neighborhood. Houses all around, people trying to sleep- yet somehow this avoids noise curfews.
Eye care may be fine, but the late-night chaos is completely unacceptable. Please, consider your neighbors before starting snow clearing in the middle of the night!

The staff member I saw at the end of my medical examination was very rude. She directed me to the eyeglasses store even though I did not have a prescription. When I explained that I do not have a prescription and that my vision is fine, she repeated my words in a mocking manner. I respect all senior citizens working there, but her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Nice clean office. Appointment took an hour and a half as they indicated and was quite thorough. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Gould explained everything and we felt quite comfortable with the care provided.
