My visit was extremely positive, right from the time I checked-in with the receptionist, then being greeted by a happy and smiling Eden, a refraction test with Joshua who was gentle and kind, and Optic scan with a casual Alicia (did I get her name right, I had to ask her her name), on time check up by Dr. Gould who attends to me like a friend, and so also his assistant who also greets with pleasantries, and conclusion with the receptionist(last stop) to schedule my next appointment. All completed in record time of literally 50-55 minutes! What more could I ask for?

Dr. Gould absolutely deserves to be recognized year after year, every year, as one of the finest eye doctor in New Jersey, and also in our nation.

"Better?" "Worse?" "Same?" Was in a rush and seemed almost inpatient.
I did.not appreciate it. It was a turn off
I did not appreciate that everyone else was fine and efficient
