I recently completed cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr. Alan Salz, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Salz recommended adjustable intraocular lenses, and the results have been outstanding -- my vision is clearer than I ever expected.

Dr Salz and his staff are outstanding! They're knowledgeable, caring, organized and professional. I went from nearly blind with cataracts to having nearly 20:20. After 40 years with glasses, I now no longer need them. My golf game has improved by 6 to 10 strokes already because I can see without the distortion of bifocals and cataracts. This week I completed the process of having cataracts removed from both eyes with The Eye Specialists of Bridgewater, NJ. As I was to learn, the process is much more than that - the old lens is surgically removed and replaced with a new corrected lens. In my case it means that for a 76 year old man who has needed glasses or contacts for the last six decades, my eyes are now 20/20. This was far more than I expected.
The process from start to finish took two months and at times was annoying, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I have personally thanked Dr David Salz, but would now like to extend my thanks to the staff at the Eye Specialists and also the Surgery Center of Central New Jersey. It's good to see top notch professionalism.

Love my new eyes ! I went from wearing bifocals to just regular non prescription sunglasses ! Dr Alan Salz and staff explained thoroughly the cataract surgery process but it did take 2 months ( well worth the time!). The surgery itself was 15 minutes, no pain with immediate follow up appointment the next day to check on my eye. If you want an experienced doctor, I would recommend Dr Alan Saltz. ( bring a book,it takes time to get the parts of each appointment done properly).
