Eye Center of Clark

The review is edited. I saw Dr. Latorre during my visit and I found her to be professional and knowledgeable. I was and still am happy to have found a good clinic. Regarding the previous review, long story short, the person at the front desk charged me for a contact lens evaluation that was already covered by my insurance. I had to raise the issue to the manager who took notice and refunded me the amount. It was conveyed to me that they have identified the issue and have taken steps so that this does not happen again.

Both my wife and I saw Dr. Michelle Botsacos and were very pleased with her professionalism and upbeat manner. In fact, the entire staff is to be commended for their efficiency, positive attitudes, helpfulness, and friendliness. We each needed new glasses and within three weeks we had them. Great job ECofC!!!!

I already wear glasses only when I drive. I've always thought that I should also get contact lenses for hiking, snowboarding, etc. A few months ago, Dr. Botsacos and her wonderful staff helped me with an eye exam, educated me on my options, and provided me with contacts. The doctors and staff's professionalism, kindness, and patience made it such a positive experience, I wish I had reached out years earlier. I just returned from a long weekend in Vermont, and I'm just so grateful to truly appreciate the beauty of nature in winter. I look forward to being a patient for years to come, and will happily refer friends and family to the Eye Center of Clark.

I had an outstanding experience at the eye center of Clark! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. Dr. Botsacos took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease during my exam. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect prescription. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled eye care professional!

I had my safety glasses made there, and honestly, they are excellent, in addition to the excellent service, respect, appreciation for the customers, and a friendly smile. My regards to everyone.

I had my first appointment at the Eye Center of Clark and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Botsacos was extremely thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated her recommendation to switch brands of contact lenses--what she suggested is so much more comfortable than what I was wearing before. I also love my new glasses! The whole process was seamless and I liked that the office sent a text when my glasses and contacts were ready for pickup. I'm really glad I came here and would highly recommend Dr. Botsacos and the practice to anyone looking for quality eye care. Thank you Eye Center of Clark!

It was a terrible experience with my child, I went to an appointment, like any child if he has nerves ,because of common sense he never wears glasses and that one of the assistants had no ethics and told my child that his damage is permanent and that his condition will not disappear, my child cried and still did not care and continued with the exam their attitud was horrible, the result was terrible and wrong. I decided to see another opinion, and it was the opposite: My child does not need glasses, I hope these people have more empathy for children.

Recently had a detached retina surgery. The staff at the eye center was so helpful and made me so comfortable about the whole situation. They continue to assist as my vision has changed some, with updates and new lenses. Would highly recommend The Eye Center of Clark.
