This is my second year at this location. No wait time for eye exam and recommendations I was in and out with exam, eyeglass selection and purchase in less than 45 min. The Doctor is truly amazing as I had a very hard time adjusting to progressive lenses last year. She is very thorough and gave me a great recommendation for my glasses for work. They have a very large selection of frames.The associates were very helpful with getting me the best deal possible that didn't break the bank. I actually saved $800 on 2 pair of glasses with premium progressive lenses with my insurance. The staff is extremely friendly. Will definitely return to the Clark location. They definitely deliver top tier quality customer service.

Loved Dr Kim. Alyssa and the others were very helpful and friendly. That's not something you find nowadays. Easy to make an appt. They looked up my insurance and benefits. Great variety of frames at reasonable prices. I ordered top of the line progressive lenses. They were the best option. Cost was a little high. Hoping they are worth it. Can't wait to get my glasses. The topping on the cake will be if they are as good as the experience.

We just had great eye examination with Dr Pinho and Dr Patel at Visionworks in Clark. Eye exam was comprehensive and detailed and we were very pleased with level of care. Both doctors were fantastic and very attentive and knowledgeable. We also want to thank Melissa and Dan for helping us with our choices and arranging home delivery for contact lenses. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 rating is because the staff told me to sign a waiver to decline dilation and they wanted me to pay out-of-pocket for the retina scan. I refused and I was told they do not do dilation at the facility. That was incorrect. I mentioned to the eye doctor that I wanted dilation and not the scan and she was completely ok to do the dilation and take a look at the back of my eye to check my eye health.
Also the store did not have a great choice of frames for women.

Poor Service and Repeated Mistakes. Spend the money and go to a different place.
I've had a very disappointing experience at this Visionworks location. They made my glasses incorrectly three separate times, even though I had three eye exams with them. Each time, the prescription was wrong. After a year, I went to back to them and the optometrist who confirmed that the glasses Visionworks gave me did not match the prescription she had written. No wonder I never used them and took it with me to get it checked.
When I went back to explain the issue, the manager, Melissa, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to correct the mistake, they dismissed my concerns and refused to make the glasses correctly. Finally she agreed to fix the mistake but she didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and offered me to fix the mistake.
This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. I will not be returning to this location and I strongly recommend others to double-check their prescriptions elsewhere before trusting this store with your eyewear needs.
