Jack helped me fix my glasses and while I was there, I found another pair of frames that I was interested in. He spent a good amount of time walking me through the lens filling process and answering my questions. Unfortunately, with the way that my eye insurance works, I am not eligible for my benefits until May of this year, but I will certainly be returning back to Jack to get those frames!

Jack is amazing! I saw a pair of glasses online and even though he didn't have them in shop, he knew exactly which pair they were. He ordered them for me at a great price. (Update) I received a call around two days later that my glasses were ready. I picked them up and absolutely love them. While he was adjusting them to me he had noticed my Tom Ford sunglasses I wore weren't sitting right and adjusted them too! Great eyeglass shop, right off the parkway. Also, you don't get guys like Jack anymore when looking for glasses or sunglasses. He's a real throwback honest and caring guy/optician. Definitely pop by.

The service I received was outstanding. Jack shared great feedback about what frames work best for my face shape. Efficient. Friendly. Excellent work. I walked in with two pairs of sunglasses that needed adjustments and not only was the work done in under 10 minutes but my sunglasses were much better off than when I walked in the store. I will be going here for all glasses needs in the future. Would recommend this store to anyone who has a need.

I have a very complicated prescription to fill, but Jack consistently gets it right! He is a precise perfectionist which is highly desirable in an optician. I recommend him without reservation.
