I have been fitted for glasses in the past I could never wear my progressive glasses. Alison was wonderful. She really knows how to measure. She knows what she's talking about. She knows how to make you feel comfortable. I can actually now walk down the stairs and wear my glasses the way they should be Alison and Stanley are wonderful. REMS has always been my go to, one stop shop for eyeglasses and contacts. Ali and Stan are extremely caring, attentive to detail, and have excellent communication. They go above and beyond for their patients to ensure they feel like family and always provide a pleasant experience. While I don't live local anymore, I always try to stop by to say hello when in town!

I cannot say enough great things about Rems Optical! They went above and beyond for me during an incredibly difficult time. I was out of town from Savannah for my grandfather's funeral when my primary glasses unexpectedly broke. After calling all the big-name optical companies in the area, I was left frustrated--most of them quoted me prices three times higher and couldn't offer same-day service, with wait times of at least 14 days. Some even refused to work with my new Meta Ray-Ban frames because of the advanced technology. Then I found Rims Optical. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was unmatched. They were professional, down-to-earth, and incredibly compassionate, especially given the circumstances I was going through. They assured me they could handle my prescription and originally quoted a 90-minute wait time. To my surprise, they completed my glasses in under an hour! I love the level of professionalism and courtesy that Alison gives to her customers! I complained about the inability to drive at night with the glasses that I have. She looked at the prescription in the glasses and saw the error. She corrected it and helped me switch out the frames for a more trendy style! I am forever grateful! Thank you Alison!

I have been getting my daughters' glasses at REMS for the last two years. Their service, quality, and support skills are excellent. They are conveniently located with great hours. I will not go anywhere else! This original review is dated 5 years ago and I continue to use REMS for my daughter's glasses. I was prescribed readers last year and Alison also helped me find the perfect frame with the perfect fit and style. I appreciate the hands on service, expedited delivery at minimal cost. She deals with my insurance directly and I all I have to do is pick them up. I will continue refer family and friends because the service provided by Alison, Peter and Stanley is unmatched!
