Since they sold the practice it's been a horrible experience. The front desk staff is rude and impatient, they also lost my records once selling the practice and changing over their computer system. Dr. Ross was always great, along with their glasses guys - but the experience I've received from the rest of the staff prohibits me from returning.

Very bad experience. I would not recommend at all. I came here to fix my crooked glasses and it should have been an easy fix and it actually was and did not take 2 minutes. HOWEVER, when I went home and cleaned the lenses of my glasses I found that the man who fixed the glasses ruined my lenses with huge scratches on the sides of both lenses. These glass lenses were more than 150 dollars and he scratched them and now they need replacement. Very bad service and very unprofessional. If you need an eye center that cares for your glasses and lenses then DON'T GO THERE.
