Warby Parker Closter Plaza

I had an outstanding experience at the Warby Parker Closter, NJ location that completely restored my confidence in the brand. The optometrist was exceptional--knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my prescription and options. It was one of the most detailed and professional eye exams I've had. The retail staff were just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. In fact, their professionalism stood out so much that I returned to the store just to pick up nose pads--and was once again met with kindness and willingness to assist. This experience was in stark contrast to a previous visit at the Montvale location, where the service was dismissive and unhelpful, to the point that I had decided I wouldn't shop at Warby Parker again. The Closter team completely changed my mind. Their customer-first attitude, professionalism, and care are exactly what customer service should look like. This store deserves recognition, and it's the reason I'll continue to choose Warby Parker going forward.

Great experience all the way around. I was so impressed with how professional everyone was at the location. The staff was incredibly helpful and the doctor was professional and kind. My overall experience could not have been any better and I would highly recommend the Closter location.

The best eye exam I've ever received! The doctor was extremely informative and took the time to address all of my concerns. The staff were very friendly and incredibly patient--especially while I was unsure which glasses to choose. They even helped me make a decision. I truly loved my experience!

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and entertaining! MaryAnn (the optician) was phenomenal -- achieved the impossible with some super thick lenses. Kate, Tyra, and Megh, were great too. This will definitely be our primary location !

Shopped for glasses for my daughter. Great selection of reasonably priced frames of many styles. Kate, Asia & the whole staff made us feel comfortable and helped my child with all her needs.

I regret that I can't remember the name of the doctor that I saw today. I apologize doctor! He was very thorough and thoughtful. I use mono vision contact lenses. He paid special attention to that issue for me. Angel went the extra mile to check my insurance benefits. Young women who helped with frame selection were honest and helpful. Overall a great experience!

It was my first time coming and what amazing service I received! Dr Estacio and staff are absolutely amazing, professional and courteous. They truly care about their customers and attending to each individual's needs. If you're looking for great service, eye exam, good looking frames and an amazing doc , this is the place to go to!

I usually purchase online The Closter store was convenient after seeing my eye doctor. The staff was friendly and made the purchase easy. The fact that the store is small was a benefit in that it was quiet but still had multiple frames to choose from. I would go there in the future, rather than ordering online
