Ross Alan OD

I have been to many eye doctors in the last few years because I have troubles with my vision. I have gone from San Francisco to New York, But when I landed on Dr. Ross, I truly felt a difference. The technology in his office matched with his bedside manner Made me feel like my vision was in good hands. I highly recommend this doctor if you were in the area or have time to travel to see him.

The entire staff are exceptionally well trained, courteous and very polite. Dr. Ross is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. When I called to make an appointment, I asked one of the receptionists if they take my insurance for a routine eye exam. They said yes, so that was a plus. When I walked into the store, everyone greeted me with a smile :D . I was pretested with 3 machines by the eye technician, and he explained to me what each machine was for. He then showed me into Dr. Ross's room and he began the exam. Dr. Ross asked questions and he was very alerted and fast. He knew what he was doing! After the exam, I checked out with the receptionist at the front desk. She was also, very kind and told me that I had a copay for today's visit. I paid my copay and then she gave me my prescription and kindly directed me to the optical side of the store, so I can get my new glasses. I am definitely coming back to the store again. I am also gonna recommend everyone to come here!

I have been going to Dr. Ross for years now. Never once have I had a bad experience. The office atmosphere is light and stress free. The office staff are very kind and are eager to assist you in any way they can. Dr. Ross is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and personable. A rare commodity these days. His exams are extremely thorough and he takes time to explain things. I can't think of going anywhere else for my eye care. Thanks Dr. Ross!

I went to Dr. Ross on a whim, having recently undergone an eye exam by my regular ophthalmologist, who found no problems with my far vision. But I couldn't see well at all. Dr. Ross found I needed significant corrections, and had an astigmatism which had never been diagnosed. He and the staff are warm, friendly and efficient. I'm very happy I went and recommend Dr. Ross most highly.

The staff are very friendly and Dr. Ross has a great sense of humor! He is a very nice man and helps me out whenever I have a problem with my eye. I will come back again for an eye exam!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for many years. Last year I went to a recommended optometrist closer to Hawthorne, only because traffic getting to Closter can, at a times, be a challenge. Needless to say I am back with Dr. Ross to stay! He and his staff are friendly and professional. He is an outstanding optometrist.

I went in for an eye exam with Dr. Ross for the first time yesterday. He was very kind and clearly was an excellent Optometrist. I was diagnosed with an astigmatism last year and went through 3 different kinds of contacts with that Dr. before finding one that was "ok". Dr. Ross found the right prescription and brand I needed in 1 try. I am so grateful!

Been coming here for over 15 years. Absolutely love it here. Everyone is so nice, my appointment was for 11:00am. I got there at 10:52 they saw me right away. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
