I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kaur! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Kaur was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with my treatment plan. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients truly set her apart. I left feeling confident that my eye health was in excellent hands.

The staff and Dr. Kaur are exceptional. You can tell that she is very passionate about what she does.. She answered all of my questions in detail and made me understand certain things about my eye health and how it could affect me in the future. The staff is also friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be back next year.

I have nothing but excellent feedback for the excellent care I received by Dr. Kaur and her staff was truly amazing. Dr. Kaur was extremely thorough in explaining all my results and spoke to me with care and understanding. She took the time to listen, and I did not feel rushed or unseen. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family. Honestly, best eye exam ever!

I tried to make a new patient appointment after seeing all the positive reviews, but my experience was really disappointing. I accidentally gave them my medical insurance first, and when I followed up with my vision insurance, the receptionist insisted it was "dental" and refused to run it. I explained that I use this vision plan every year and my copay is always $10, not $88. She still refused and said there was "no point" because they had already run the first one , even though the $88 was clearly from my medical insurance, not my vision plan. I ended up going to another nearby eye doctor who ran the same vision insurance with no issue and charged me the correct $10 copay. It's unfortunate, because the reviews seemed great, but the receptionist was too busy (or unwilling) to check properly, and it cost me time and frustration.

Not recommend: I was billed out-of-pocket for a test not covered by my insurance that I never authorized. My contacts samples arrived very late. My exam results didn't match my history. The staff seemed more focused on rebilling than addressing my concerns.

Dr. Boyle was excellent! I have been to many different optometrists but none of them left an impact like she did. She was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is nice to find a doctor who seems passionate about what they do! I would definitely recommend coming to this practice!

We absolutely love this eye doctor for the whole family! The office is fantastic, and everyone on staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Most importantly, the myopia control treatment options they offer have made a huge and positive difference for our children's vision. We highly recommend them!

Great experience so far- I am getting treated for dry eyes and this office is equipped with new technology to address this issue, unlike many other optometry offices. Dr Boyle is very knowledgeable and easy to converse with. She and her staff are friendly and helpful. I purchased a package and I could already feel a difference with just the first treatment! I look forward to all my future treatments. To me, this is money well spent because I've suffered too long with this condition - even my ophthalmologist didn't have answers for me on how to best treat this condition.
