Before I share why I reviewed the store so poorly, I want to say that I have been coming here for eye exams and love Dr Kim who has helped me make sure my eyes are as healthy as possible. I have gotten glasses here before and been very satisfied. But my latest experience with them is what has turned my opinion so sour. I spent $250 here out of pocket for 2 pairs of glasses. One of them continues to give me problems but I've felt so uncomfortable after TWICE coming into this store to try to resolve the problem - as if I'm not really having difficulty - and pressured to take home glasses that didn't feel right by their in house optician who fits the glasses, that I now feel stuck with $200 glasses that aren't working for me. The person who originally helped me BUY the glasses hemmed and hawed when it came time to REFUND or REPLACE them. The manager couldn't have looked more skeptical of me if she tried! If side eye was a body stance, she wore it each time she spoke with me. And the optician... he was the one who pressured me to take them home when I told him the moment I first put them on that something wasn't right. Instead of helping me figure out what might be the problem, he just kept telling me they did them correctly. After an extra month trying them out, I'm still having issues with 1 pair. What I resent more than being made to feel like I am making up a problem just because I cannot pinpoint the source, is feeling like I'm at Hotel California when I go into a store and spend my hard earned money on such an important product. I am taking this to the company's customer care department and debated whether or not I should even write these details here because I truly don't want to criticize openly and so specifically but because we are talking about our eyes, I decided to post and hope this helps someone else avoid the same issues when they go to the store.

Visited LensCrafters in Edgewater today for my eye wellness exam and had a great experience. The staff, doctor and everyone else was friendly, professional, and very thorough. The exam was smooth and everything was explained clearly. Samuel was especially great and so patient in helping me choose and finalize my eyeglasses and lenses. Highly recommend for quality eye care!

I purchased a pair of glasses online and had an issue that needed to be addressed. The technician at Lens Crafters in Edgewater NJ was so friendly, responsive and helpful. He was able to swiftly fix the glasses and answer all of my questions. Great and amazing experience.

I came in to the Edgewater shop a couple of times to browse. And everytime I was there, Jeannie provided outstanding service. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the product and policies I inquired about. She explained everything to me clearly, answered all my questions, and exhibited the genuine desire to help me. I appreciate her attention and assistance and I most definitely left feeling confident about my purchase. I highly recommend Jeannie for her outstanding service and will certainly look for her for future assistance. Thank you to Jeannie for going above and beyond!

He was professional and knowledgeable and helped me navigate insurance questions and find store discounts to get the two pair of eyeglasses I wanted at the best price. Took 2 months to figure out they never placed the order for my contacts to begin with. I would strongly recommend literally any other location where the patient-load is less so that you can receive the attention you deserve. I was told "sorry. We see a lot of patients, I can't check up on all of them, ya know?" Meanwhile I'm still without contacts. 2 months after my appointment! Take the script and get fill your prescription elsewhere. This place is terrible.

Ms Eugenia helped me with purchasing the pair of sunglasses today. She provided all detailed information and tried to find the best price. She also gave me many good suggestions about updating my prescription, etc. I had an excellent buying experience at LensCrafters Edgewater NJ. Thank you Ms Euphoria!
