Hands down the best experience ever!! I had an amazing experience with Dr. Eun J. Yoo, OD. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very thorough throughout the entire eye exam. Dr. Yoo took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step of the process. I never felt rushed, and her calm, friendly approach really put me at ease. This was one of the most comfortable and positive eye exam experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive optometrist!

Dr. Yoo and staff were great - very professional, courteous, and efficient. Definitely fill out the forms online prior to your appointment to make things go even smoother! All you have to do is show up and they'll take care of you!

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Gloria Kim in Edgewater, NJ I had a comprehensive eye exam just five months ago and purchased a six-month supply of contact lenses directly through this practice. When I opened the final pair, one lens caused significant blurriness so I scheduled an appointment. Instead of first evaluating whether the lens itself was defective, Dr. Kim required that I pay $170 for a complete new eye exam. At the conclusion of that exam, I was told there was no change in my prescription and that the issue was likely a faulty lens. However, the office did not have the proper replacement lens available to test that theory. I left the appointment paying $170.00 with the same blurry eye and no resolution. Requiring a full exam fee simply to confirm that a product purchased directly from this office may have been defective was inappropriate. I was also told by Dr. Gloria Kim that "at least now you won't need another exam for a year," which is inaccurate. I require routine annual exams, and having one prematurely does not eliminate the need for another at my scheduled interval. This experience reflects poor judgment in both patient care and billing practices. My trust in this office has been significantly diminished.

Our go-to optical for the whole family for years. The doctor is extremely professional and nice (very soft spoken). She takes the time to explain things to you and never tries to cross-sell expensive eyewear when the cost/benefit doesn't make sense. The office is always true to the appointment time.

Doctor Yoo truly is wonderful, skilled, kind, and attentive. She made my son feel comfortable and well taken care of during our visit. Unfortunately, the front desk staff made the overall experience frustrating and unpleasant. During the check-in process we review my address & confirm insurance, I was shown the total amount expected for the visit but the charges seemed unexpectedly high for out-of-pocket expenses (this visit is for a yearly exam). When I asked for clarification and questioned the charges - they seemed more annoyed rather than helpful. I insisted that my insurance would cover this additional prescription charge - they finally checked & corrected the mistake. They have my insurance ID, I'm not sure why they didn't know the correct co pay / coverage, unless no one checked until I questioned it numerous times. Once everything was correctly figured out - the one employee let out a loud, exasperated sigh as she sat down and exchanged laughs with her coworker, making the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. We went on to have our visit with Dr. Yoo, who was amazing she's fantastic. My son was in need of updating his glasses, when the medical assistant asked the front store staff to help me, the same staff member who I was dealing with at the beginning refused to assist me, saying, "give it to her" in a rude tone and passed off my paper work to the other lady. We are patients and paying customers, shouldn't be an inconvenience. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was shocking. It's disappointing because the doctor herself is AMAZING, but the rude and unprofessional front desk staff completely overshadowed the positive aspects of this visit. Because of the one lady, I won't be returning. I recommend Dr. Yoo, but her staff needs proper training in basic customer service, maybe how to double check insurance coverage as well.

The staff is very friendly, they answer all questions, and they have a wide variety of armor. I can't wait to try out my new glasses.

I had an amazing experience today with them! The appointment was on time! The doctor is very caring and attentive. Excellent with kids. Very friendly and nice with my son. The sales lady told me about the Target discount and the insurance coverage which was great as well. I recommend it!
