This location of Eyewellniss is colocated inside LensCrafters. Parking is abundant (use the lower level garage). Reception is welcoming and friendly. Appointment wait times are honored. The exam tech in this office is state of the art. Tests include retina scans in the base price. Dr Kim has an excellent chair side manner. This client left with prescription in hand and a clear path forward for the next year. I appreciated the coupon for Lenscrafters glasses too!

Took the front desk nearly 2 months to figure out that my contacts were never ordered to begin with. Your Best-bet is to visit a location with a much lower patient-load. I was told "Sorry. We see a lot of patients. I can't check up on all of them, ya know?".
2 months later and still don't have my lenses.
If you have zero choices in your vision doctors, take the script and purchase the lenses elsewhere. Worst, most dismissive customer service experience I've had - ever - at a Dr's office.
