first time I've been there.. with an appointment for both of my children.. we're all in there confused about what we're looking at n Carla the sales representative with no one else to help just sits there.. I waited 10 minutes n not a single word from Carla.. so I had to pay for eye exams n no glasses.. Carla didn't care at all.. thanks for ruining what should have been a great experience Carla!!

They helped me obtain an eye examination and two new prescription glasses at a fair price and within a reasonable timeframe. I am eternally grateful for the team's assistance throughout this process. The experience itself was amazing the lovely young lady Jenna helped me out with everything she was phenomenal! Even with me being nervous and everything. She made me feel comfortable and at home.

Horrible experience. I've never seen a doctor more annoyed to do their job. She yelled at her employees on the SALES FLOOR for not screening me and making me leave before she had to see me??? I'm so confused. I admittedly am way less educated on eye health than I previously realized when I woke up with a very blurry eye that quickly turned red and painful after a bunch of poking at it. I am autistic, and was incredibly scared to make an appointment to begin with.. but made sure I googled as much as I could for where I should go and what I should do. It was recommended by Americas best own website that you can visit them for eye health concerns and that they can prescribe drops or refer you out to a specialist, most times for a same day appointment. I made an appointment and put everywhere I was able to that I was experiencing sudden blurry vision and redness around my iris. When I got there the man doing my testing was very kind and caring. He wished me well and did the extra testing on me that I requested and sent me over to the optometrist. She immediately seemed annoyed and read my notes back to me in an incredibly condescending voice. She then pulled out a little plaque and showed it to me (I can't see very well..) saying it was going to be like $70-90 if I wanted her to look at my eyes in a medical way. She repeated the same questions multiple times by asking things like why I didn't go to my primary first. There was no communication on what she was doing to me she just put her gloves on in an aggravated manner and began touching me and putting things in my eye and shining lights at me. She said I need to go somewhere else she can't help me and that she'll have the sales associate make me an appointment for today if she can. She then walked me out telling me twice in an annoyed exasperated way that she won't be able to give me glasses today. I told her over and over from start to finish things like "I don't mind paying. thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate you seeing me. I don't need glasses I'm just scared to lose my eyesight. I'm so happy with exactly what you're doing that's totally okay" An associate commented that I'm the second person "today" that needs to be referred out. And she then ... in front of everyone including customers... yells at him that he needs to be screening these people because she can't do anything for me then storms off. The associate was kind but couldn't get on the phone with anyone so she gave me a bunch of phone numbers a referral and sent me on my way. Absolutely horrendous experience. I DO need new glasses but will not be coming back or ever to this company again. There's no doctor. Just a mean woman who wants to do as little as possible with OD attached to her name take. Even the place she referred me to was shocked with how she handled me and making me make the appointments myself. They prescribed me eye drops and told me she had the capability of doing so herself.

First time here for a quick fix for the nose pads on my glasses. Instead i had a full 'tune up' of all necesarry adjustments AND replacements of my much needed fix pair of glasses. New pads, tighten screws, and straighten arms all for free. You just gained a customer for all my vision-care needs. Thank you!!!

I love America's Best. The products are of high quality at a reasonable cost. Better yet, they will fix or replace the lens and frame if damage while under warranty. And, the staff is always professional..
