I had three pairs of eyeglasses made (January 2026) and want to give full credit to Janai--a truly fabulous employee. She measured everything with precision, was quick and thorough, listened carefully, and carried herself with complete professionalism and courtesy.
A special shout-out as well to another employee, Lenny (apologies if I've misspelled her name). She has the natural presence of a great manager--attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to giving each customer individual attention. They both clearly have the gift to manage the store.
This new location is beautiful, well-run, and absolutely worth the visit. I'll be returning soon for more eyewear.
They've recently moved to an exquisite spot in the Wick Shopping Plaza.

First they don't even greet you, take a lot of time to see you. I was doing my first eye exam and the doctor walked at the moment he was evaluating me because they had a problem with the results of another patient (very unprofessional) and he left me standing there ! I told him start over again because he want sure where we left the exam. Then doctor was good but then the waiting game started . I had my newborn and my toddler with me you can't imagen how frustrating it is to be waiting for more than an hour on a half . One of the people in charge which I will get her name and report her said please tell your son to sit down and be quiet . How can you tell that to a customer specially when you have eyeglasses for children !! Then she was trying to be nice because she knew what she did was wrong. Don't go to Edison location , they are rude unprofessional and they are not nice to kids ! Next time I will go somewhere else that they value my time and business

Overall, it was such a warming environment. From the greeting of the receptionist, smooth check-in, to the care of the technicians. The Optometrist was very compassionate, educated, and very informative in a respectful, caring way. She did not rush my appointment and showed she cared about my well-being. The optical was very involved and helped me choose what glasses framed look good on my face. The receptionist even check-out beautifully. The Edison location VisionWorks truly do care for their patients. They're people who love people and do their job with compassion. Thank you all! Happy Holidays!

I recently visited Visionworks for an eye exam with Dr. Goldman. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, Dr. Goldman's demeanor was negative--he seemed annoyed and rushed throughout the appointment. He made comments implying that I was only there to get a free trial pair of contacts or glasses, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The overall customer service was horrible, with little patience or care shown. I left feeling undervalued as a patient and won't be returning

They were so nice! I truly had a lovely time, The machine was acting up and it wouldn't pull me up, but one of the ladies was like "holon let me do this" and got it working like magic!! The lady who works at the front desk, she's super kind and cool, will answer any questions you have! I can't wait to get my new glasses in a few days!
