Perfect! 100% recommended! Only good vibes all around the place!!! Amazing service! All the ladies in there are sweet, helpful, attentive and professional. Jessica the optometrists assistant was so awesome and helpful. Like Wow! The front desk staff is amazing and so friendly!! Dr Phan is very professional and friendly. The selection of frames are very nice. The receptionist got me right into my appt with no wait time even though I arrived a few minutes late due to my own fault coming from work. 5 stars to Dr Phan , Dr Thi and their awesome staff!! I will update review when I come back next week to pick up my new eyeglasses. I recently went here for an eye exam and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They even worked with my insurance to make sure I was covered. Highly recommend it to all! I cannot express enough how amazing Dr Phan , Dr Thi and their staff are! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the experience fun and enjoyable. And let me tell you, the area is absolutely pristine - it's clean, spacious, and nice. And don't even get me started on their state-of-the-art equipment and designer eyewear collection. I brought in my own frames that I purchased online, but that's because I did not know they carry Ray Bans and Oakleys here!!! Nice! This is easily the best eye care experience I've ever had in Edison area hands down. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome place and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of eye care services. *UPDATE* 4/20/2023 Jessica kindly called me to let me know my eyeglasses were all ready for pickup. As I arrived, they had me try them on right away for necessary adjustments and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied! Eyeglasses came in a timely manner. Everyone is so friendly and I just feel very comfortable here. Great facilities!

If I could rate less than one star, I would be doing it. I was a new customer to this business and I wear progressive. They gave me a thorough eye exam and I handed them my frames and when I returned to pick up the new glasses, they were unwearable. They double checked my vision again and sent them off. Second time - same story, only slightly worse. Dr Pugh told me to try them for a week and if they didn't work, she would issue me a refund. They did not work (I could not drive the car or read, etc.). I called the office to inform them of that and received a phone call today saying they were not willing to issue me a refund because they "tried to do it twice". Their lab also bent my very expensive frames. This office is absolutely terrible. Stay away.

It turns out Clarity does everything from eye exams to making glasses to performing contact lens fittings (if that's the phrase?) which is perfect because I needed all of those - it's been years since my last exam My old glasses had lost one nose pad and I didn't like wearing them, and I was JUST about to run out of my old contacts. While this business has just opened barely a month ago, I learned that Drs. Thi & Phan have been optometrists for years and I had a smooth experience during my appointment just the other week. Being a curious person by nature, I appreciated how Dr. Thi walked me easily through everything that was going on to help me feel more at ease. It was also cool being walked through an interpretation of a digital scan of my eyes that they perform as part of the exam to make sure nothing is structurally sketchy with them. The roughest part of my visit was probably trying on different frames with my eyes dilated which meant I had to stand a distance away from the mirror to see my face clearly I've since been recommending them to a few other friends who also haven't had eye exams - nothing like sharing a great thing with people you like! I'm hoping my vision can hold on for another decade but we'll see after my next appointment.

Today was my first visit as a new patient. It was a very good visit too might I add. She (Dr. Thi) was very informative and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure overall and I appreciated it because customer service is extremely important to me. I'll be back and definitely plan on referring a few family members in the area.

We have met with Dr. Thi and Dr. Phan and they both are terrific! Very kind and patient, esp with my special daughter, and very knowledgeable. They and the staff are welcoming and do a great job.

We love our ophthalmologists. They have great bed side manners and on top of that great customer service. All machines are top of the line and they take there time to get to know your lifestyle. Highly recommend them!
