Courteous front desk staff and testing technician's. Post Angle exam of my both eyes, Dr. Patel spend times to explain me the optic disc photos of both eyes. And Dr has also explained me the glaucoma progresses in left eye compare to right eye. But I still don't understand why I have to reschedule and go back for a Glaucoma Test. When I have called for an appointment to schedule today's appointment, which supposed to be for glaucoma test too.

Amazing Staff and outstanding doctors. Dr.Jay is so patent, knowledgeable and is amazing. Is as a new patient but it was an emergency and they accommodated me right away. The nurses and doctors are so sweet anticipating all questions and providing right guidance . One of the best place to go to if you are looking for a great Ophthalmologist

I recently visited EyeCare Consultants of NJ and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the receptionists who made me feel welcome and comfortable on my first visit. The waiting room was clean and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and a variety of reading materials to choose from. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back to the exam room by the friendly and professional technician. The eye doctor herself, Dr. Payal P. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. What I appreciated the most was her extreme patience with my questions and concerns as this was my first ever eye doctor visit. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam. She was able to accurately diagnose my vision issues and recommend the appropriate treatment plan. Overall, I would highly recommend this eye doctor office to anyone in need of vision care. The staff is friendly and professional, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the level of care provided by Dr. Payal is top-notch. I left feeling confident that my eye health is in good hands.

I've been coming to EyeCare Consultants of NJ (Edison) ever since I was young. I trust the team to take care of me, and my entire family. Dr. Payal Patel takes her time and is very thorough with her exams. She answers all questions and concerns immediately and I couldn't recommend her, as well as the rest of the team for all your eye care needs!

I was referred here for cataract evaluation after a regular eye exam. This is exactly what I said when I made the appointment. I show up for the appointment with my prescription and referral in hand, only to be told that the 'protocol' at Eyecare was to do a complete examination - I.E. all the things that I had already had done 4 weeks earlier at my regular optician and had written results for. I would need a second visit for the cataract evaluation. Aside from the fact that the exam was totally unnecessary and ignoring insurance implications, surely I should have been told about this 'protocol' when I made the appointment. I was not told, so ended up with a frustrating visit - a total waste of time. So be warned - this place gladly accepts referrals, but does not accept results from other places.

Excellent Doctors and caring staff. My wife and I have been to the practice. Doctors were thorough and professional. Dr.Jai Parekh, Dr. Payal Patel and the front office staff were excellent. We received great care and would recommend this establishment.
