Professionalism/authenticity/perfection/a very thorough exam! Left to another practice for the past 10 years to a closer and a more convenience place. So glad to be back. Can't wait to get my new more modern Eye glasses 100% satisfied!

I'm not one to write negative reviews but I've had multiple poor experiences at this office. The first time, I ended up waiting one hour for an appointment with no apology from Dr. Ramirez despite my being ten minutes early for my appointment. The second time, I politely asked for a pupillary distance measurement to obtain my glasses elsewhere as not everyone can afford $100+ on a pair of glasses and Dr. Ramirez was incredibly rude to me about it. In addition, the appointments feel very rushed and if you ask about different options for prescriptions, she tends to be very rushed to get you out the door as soon as possible.

My second time visiting for an exam. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I made an error on my appointment time and was able to reschedule for the very next day. They utilize plastic barriers at the counter and wipe down examination equipment after every patient use.

That's my doctor. I've had so many O.D where I would complain about headaches that have been given me more prescription in my lenses just because and affected my eyesight even more... only doctor I know takes her time take to get things done right. She gave me the right prescription and I'm very happy with it & I recommend her to everyone

Please go elsewhere for accuracy with your eyesight. Dr Ramirez misdiagnosed me twice the strength and went according to my age instead. The place is also outdated along with her equipment and in unkept and unsanitary.

They took all my info over the phone. Names, DOB, social security number and insurance info. When I get there "Sorry we don't take your insurance" WHAT!?!
