If I could give zero stars, I would.
They are not willing to e-mail me my kids visit summary, because they "have an old system". On top of that, they are rude and cynical.

Unfortunely I have to give you one start now ... since in the last report that I received of one of my childs you put the wrong pediatrician name and I can't understand why because the date of the visit I provided the right information when I fulled out a form that you gave me , it looks like someone is not paying attention to his/ her job.
I had to call several times in order to receive a report on the mail for one of my kids's eye exam and the report for the other I don't receive it yet ,every time I call the lady tells me that she is waiting for the doctor to do the report that is not acceptable we pay for the service is not for free.Please be more profesional.Thanks !
