Dr. Raeva is the best, most careful optometrist I have ever seen. I really like that before she writes you a prescription, she makes a quick sample for you to make sure they are comfortable first. I had a tricky prescription, but in two years she was able to correct it and restore my vision. She also works with a few nice ladies who are very friendly and help contribute to an all-over positive experience. Thank you!

Dr. Raeva, is very caring & professional, however her office, definitely needs alot of work with customer service & professionalism, I have been a customer for many yrs, but after this last visit getting an eye exam, & new eyeglasses, I don't think, I will be a returning customer anymore, it took a long time, to complete an eye exam & purchase new eyeglasses, that is unacceptable, I also called my insurance company, to find out the benefits, regarding my vision plan, because the lady who helped me, with the glasses & also speaks Russian, had an attitude, with writing my order for new glasses, absolute horrible experience. Buyer Beware, take your business elsewhere

Love Dr Natalia however the front staff needs work as well as the quality of glasses for the price and shipping speed / communication for contacts . Received an eye exam for contacts & glasses. Ordered my glasses on a Monday and was told my contacts will be in on Friday went in Saturday no contacts . While on the call I was told the contacts were going to be 40$ with insurance . Received a call two weeks later that my contacts finally came in. Once there I was told they are 60$. I told the lady (shoulder length blonde hair) in the front I was told 40$ she said well it's not . When I looked at the paper I saw that 60$ was written over the 40$ when I brought this to her attention she rudely told me well she told you wrong . It's 60$ . I also bought two pair of glasses for 700$ one of the screws literally fell out of the glasses . Will be going else where. Follow up response : thank you for your response as I said to you over the phone it was never a problem about the money it was the employee who was rude when the fault was on the employee who told me the wrong price . As far as shipping you could've easily called and explained that to me instead of waiting for me to come in when I was told too. I was never told about any warranties on glasses , I paid 700$ of course of would have purchased a warranty on them . I've bought glasses from this place several times even before they moved to this "new location " I was never told about a warranty . To be quite honest this response is the complete opposite of the response that I got over the phone as well as in person . I understand saving face for a business however keep the same energy in person as you have here . I don't believe this is Natalia the owner of the shop responding . She was very apologetic about the mishaps she also fixed every problem I mentioned in the beginning. She is great !

Dr. Raeva offers a warm and personal experience in providing eye care. That is hard to come by in the world today. She is professional, knowledgeable and at the same time friendly and has a great sense of humor. Her staff is helpful and competent. I've been using their services for several year and am really satisfied.

I went for an eye test and glasses. Been wearing glasses since I was 15. Been to many places. This place is the only place I wasn't given eye drops before the test. Was charged more for non glare glasses. And they was the worst glasses I've ever had migraines everyday and non glare was a joke. Lens can't get much worse.

This place is amazing everyone there treats you with respect and Dr. Raeva is the icing on the cake. She does her job very well, what I love best is how she makes you feel comfortable while getting your eye exam. Going to this facility is the best choice I have made thus far.
