I would not recommend this office. The staff appeared extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Patients could both hear and see staff members arguing with one another about patient-related issues, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate for a healthcare setting. The staff came across as extremely rude (even to elderly patients), stressed, and short-tempered, which negatively affected everyone around them. We were not seen until over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. After reading other reviews, I also noticed that the office does not take accountability for negative feedback or offer apologies in their responses, which further reflects how the office is run. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, that frustration should never be taken out on patients.

Very nice store with a large selection of frames for all: adult and kids! The doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough. We have been coming here as a family for several years and they never disappoint!

Every employee treats me and my family with kindness and respect each time we come in. I recently decided that I wanted to try contacts, and I struggled putting them on and taking them off, and I was very frustrated with myself. But the employees gave me great advice and offered patience with me even when I wanted to give up. I'm grateful that they are my go-to place!
