Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They show no interest in providing good service. They say they will return calls and never do. The doctor also does not return calls or show any concern for proper patient follow-up. In addition, I was charged $100 for a test that was done with an incorrect prescription, and they neither refunded the money nor offered to repeat the test. We also ordered glasses and had to come back four times because there was always something wrong. I do not recommend this place at all.

Resident Eye Care Associates is an outstanding organization. From my very first interaction with Julie Fondacaro, who so kindly coordinated services for my 101-year-old mother, to Dr. Pansheria, who visited her at her nursing home in Whiting, NJ within 24 hours, the experience has been exceptional. David, the optician, followed up right after the appointment to confirm insurance details and ensure the right type of glasses were ordered. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care truly set them apart.

I would not recommend. Have been coming here for many years but I can say that in the last 3-4 years the quality has gone down severely. The staff is not only unprofessional, but they're inattentive, and disrespectful. There is an air of arrogance whenever a question is answered and the doctor, while knowledgeable avoids dealing with patients are much as possible. Some of my last experiences include having to have glasses remade 3 times because they got my prescription wrong and my contact lens exam being wrong and then refusing to redo the exam or refund me my money. Unfortunately quality and service has gone down and thus I would not recommend.

Doctors are really good. However, the staff is horrific. They refuse to call medications in to the pharmacy and constantly tell me that the pharmacy has to call them. I did complain to the doctor, who apologized. I guess the staff does not care what the doctor says. Unprofessional and rude.

Each time, I had to call and request approval, which was a hassle and seemed like a tactic to compel another appointment. The staff's attitude was notably rude and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. I advise prospective patients to consider other options where the quality of service matches the medical expertise.

You guys gotta get your act together with the appointments. I waited out in my car until I received a text to come in. I showed up 15 minutes early about 5 minutes before, received the text to come in. I thought I was going to be taken care of when called in. But no. When I was bought in to the actual office, there were no less than 3 people complaining that they had not been called in over 45 minutes. I ended up waiting well over 1/2 hour as I write this review. And no chairs in the hallway is not a pleasant experience either.
The doctor is good though. If only the front office staff can fix the mess they have with schedules, there'd be no complaints.

Had our first visit to see Dr Sholomon last week. He treated both my teenage daughters who were both very happy with the entire process and treatment by the entire staff and the doctor. I was very happy with clear communication about the process, coverage and pricing. We are now making appts for me and my wife. Very happy with the service and the way they treat their patients.
