Dr. Kelly is an outstanding optometrist. I have been going to Dr. Kelley for many years now and he always is very thorough with my exams and always answers all my questions. His staff is exceptional which includes Suzie who is fantastic in getting me in for my appointments, Kathleen is amazing who helps when I need my glasses upgraded, and also Imalie is very helpful! Kudos to Dr. Kelly and his staff! I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly if you're looking for an optometrist!

Dr. Kelley and his employees are very nice, courteous people. Dr. Kelley is a thorough physician and conducts his exams with precision. He is happy to answer all of your questions. Dr. Kelley is also conscientious of cost in correct vision products and provides affordable options for contact lenses as well as frames. He actually advised me to try a contact lens that was both better suited to my needs and less expensive than what I had been using. I highly recommend his practice.

Amazing staff and the eye doctor with the best personality. Have been using Dr. Kelley (my entire family) and recommending him for over 10 years! Wonderful selection of frames and timely response on providing glasses, contacts, and simple repairs.

Another poor review due to office staff. But Dr is great. Was 15 minutes late for an appointment, but their phone went unanswered 3x while I waited in the parking lot in pouring rain trying to confirm time. Went in @ 10:15 & grumpy woman at front desk told me I should have left a message. I'll have to reschedule. I apologized but pointed out the empty waiting area, then wished her a Merry Christmas and left. Guess my family & I will have to find another eye doctor....

I am a new patient of Dr. Kelley. He is great and his staff excellent. I called with a problem with my eye and they got me right in. I was only at his office one time before. Thank you so much Doc!!!1 I am so glad to have found a new optometrist !

My friend had told me he left because of how rude the front desk staff was. Well I had never encountered that until today. I literally had to hang up on the woman as she was screaming at me how she doesn't need to deal with me. Why was she so mad? Because I was calling to order new contacts. I nicely asked if I could get a trial pair until I could order new ones because I had run out. She nastily told me because I didn't have a contact lens eye exam this year I couldn't get them. I asked her well I was just there in august, so why didn't they do it then? My insurance only covers one eye exam a year. She kept saying "idk what you want me to tell you." I was like I can't see anything, I have nothing right now. She just kept calling me "lady" and saying over and over "idk what you want me to do." idk if she had a bad day or what but that was the worst customer service experience of my life. I got off the phone shaking. If you're reading this, please find another job because getting angry at someone for asking relevant questions at a doctors office isn't the job for you, "lady" UPDATE: Beware leaving honest feedback: right after I left this review a brand new account left a fake review on my business. Coincidence right? The woman claims she didn't do it but the fact she recognized me the moment I walked into the office (when she's never seen me before) shows she obviously looked me and my business up.

Dr Kelley and his staff are very professional and polite. I Love to go pick out new frames .Kathleen is an expert when it comes to pairing glasses to fit your face . I have Never been disappointed when picking out new frames.
